Store and edit your recipes easily and create quotes in less than a minute.
Step 1: Tap on Ingredient list and tap on the + icon. Step 2: Enter your ingredient name, Brand price and quantity. Select unit of measurement from the drop down list. Tap on the ‘Add’ button. Your ingredient has now been saved.

You need to create your ingredient list first. This is all the ingredients you would normally use for your cakes, the brand, quantity, and cost.
Work out your recipe cost. You need this step before you can start creating quotes in the quote section. Cake aide will tell you how much your recipe costs based on the quantity of ingredients required.
Next, create your Equipment and Supplies list. This is all the equipment and supplies you would normally use for your cakes, the brand, quantity, and cost.
Quote calculator helps you work out how much you should be charging for your cake order. Simply select all the recipes you would need for your order, how much time you spent on the cake, and your profit margin
Cake aide will compile your shopping list, ensuring that you’re never short of what you need for an order. Saving you from dashing to the store for missing ingredients or supplies.

To create a recipe, you need to have entered your ingredient list in the ingredients section. Step 1: Tap on My Recipes. Tap on the + icon. You have the option to add a picture of your recipe by taking a picture or choosing one from your gallery. You can also chose to proceed with creating your recipe without adding a picture. Step 2: In the recipe area, select your first ingredient from the drop-down list. Enter amount. Step 3: To add another ingredient, tap on the + icon, repeat the steps to add more ingredients. When you have entered all your ingredients, tap ‘Save’. You’ll be taken to another page to enter your recipe name and cake size. Tap ‘Save Recipe’. Your recipe will be saved and you’ll be able to see how much your recipe costs. To add a picture after saving, tap the picture frame for your chosen recipe. Choose camera or gallery. Upload your picture and save.
To create a quote, you need to have created recipes in the recipe section. Step 1: Tap on ‘Quote Calculator’ and tap on + Step 2: Enter your quote name and description of your cake. Step 3: Select your recipe from the drop down list. To add another recipe, tap the + icon. To delete a recipe, tap the X icon. Step 4: Select your Equipment and Supplies from the drop down list. To add another equipment and supply, tap the + icon. To delete an equipment and supply, tap the X icon. Step 5: Enter the total time spent on the cake, in minutes or hours. Step 6: Enter margin. If you charge for delivery, you can also enter this amount here. Tap ‘Add Quote’ On the next page, review your quote, if you’re happy with it, tap ‘save’. Your quote has been added successfully
Step 1: Tap on ‘Shopping List’ and tap on + Step 2: Enter your Shopping list name and description. Select your recipe from the drop down list. To add another recipe, tap the + icon. To delete a recipe, tap the X icon. Step 3: Select your Equipment and Supplies from the drop down list. To add another equipment and supply, tap the + icon. To delete an equipment and supply, tap the X icon. You can also add ingredients outside of your recipes. Select an ingredient from the drop down list. To add another ingredient, tap the + icon. To delete a recipe, tap the X icon. Step 4: You will see a list of all the ingredients for your cake. You can check the ingredients you already have. When you’re ready, tap ‘save’. To view your shopping list again, tap on the shopping list entry. To edit, tap on the pencil icon.
Step 1: On the main menu page, tap the settings icon. Tap ‘Manage Reminder’ and tap on + to create a new reminder. Enter reminder name (e.g. birthday cake), description and message to client. Tap ‘Add Reminder’. Step 2: Go back to the main menu page. Tap ‘Birthday/Event Reminder’ and tap on + Step 3: Enter the celebrant’s name, their mobile number and the date of the event. If you want this message to be sent every year, enter number of days you want the reminder to be sent before the cake due date. If you want to be notified before the message is sent to your client, click here. Step 4: Select message to be sent to your client from the drop down list of templates you’ve save in the ‘Manage reminders’ area. Tap ‘Save’ A message will be sent out with your chosen template on the date you have specified.
Step 1: Tap on ‘Conversion tool’ Step 2: Choose between • Butter • Icing Sugar/Flour • Granulated sugar • Packed brown sugar Step 3: Select measurements you would like to convert. Enter quantity. Step 4: Tap ‘Convert’. Your conversion will be displayed on the screen.
Step 1: Tap ‘Timer’ and tap on + Step 2: Tap ‘Start’ Step 3: You can pause by tapping ‘Stop’. Step 4: To start over, tap ‘reset’ To resume, tap ‘continue’ If you’ve finished the activity you’re timing, tap ‘Save Time’ Step 5: Enter a description for the time you’re saving. One tip is to enter the activity you timed. Tap ‘Save Time’. Your time has now been saved.
To delete your Cake aide account, click on the settings icon on your app home page. Click on 'Delete Account' The following message will appear, "Are you sure you want to delete account?" Click on "Yes". Your account will be deleted. Your user name, email address and password data stored with us will be deleted within 2 years.
